Servionika created a unified communication environment for "PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni" based on Microsoft Lync

The Servionica (I-Teco Group) company completed in the spring of 2014 implementation of a single centralized system of corporate communications based on Microsoft Lync in company "PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni". The created solution will allow to increase efficiency of interaction of the regional agencies and the central office, to optimize costs for business trips, to reduce costs of working time for meetings, to accelerate information exchange, to improve learning processes, adaptations, team work of employees.
The single centralized platform for all corporate telecommunications created by specialists of Servionica based on Microsoft Lync will become a basis of operational interaction of staff of company "PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni": the personnel will be able quickly to exchange text messages, to support voice and video conference both in head office or the agency, and between them in all regions of the country. Already now the geographically distributed network of the company includes about 80 agencies, in "PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni" more than 2500 insurance consultants work, in the coming months the quantity of both those, and others will increase.

Summing up the first results of implementation of Microsoft Lync, in "PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni" note noticeable reducing costs for communications in the company, acceleration of the solution of operational issues, providing more convenient and modern means of communication to the staff of the company. Microsoft Lync allows to organize a conference with participation of staff of several offices in several minutes, without demanding from the user of special preparation or qualification. The project on implementation of communications system based on Microsoft Lync took 2 months, synchronization of the new platform with a corporate system of stationary telephony and call center became one of the most labor-consuming stages. In plans – expansion of opportunities of use Microsoft Lync for optimization of providing corporate services of video conferences and telephony.
