In the Republic of Dagestan the information management system preschool educational institutions developed by BARS Group is implemented. It provides reception of applications, registration and transfer of children in kindergartens.

Today 694 kindergartens of Dagestan and 52 departments of education are connected to the BARS.Obrazovaniye-Elektronny Garden system. Deficit of places in preschool educational institutions for children aged from 3 up to 7 years makes more than 54 thousand.

Now each parent can get in line on the Internet and trace the priority. For this purpose it is enough to be registered on service of the Ministry of Education, science and youth policy of RD eds.dagminobr.ru and to submit the application for transfer to kindergarten. It is possible to write in an electronic queue of the child from the moment of achievement of age of two months by him, having specified at the same time desirable receipt date in kindergarten.

To authorities, in turn, the electronic queue allows to see number of statements, to plan loading existing and construction of new preschool institutions. Besides, "The electronic kindergarten" helps to make more effective management decisions, claim in BARS Group.

The Deputy Minister of Education, science and youth policy of the Republic of Dagestan Hadzhimurad Aliyev noted that the service "electronic queue" in kindergartens is very demanded, a huge number of requests for transfer of children is given to preschool institutions. At the moment in base more than 100 thousand people on the waiting list".

Also in the republic works on integration of "electronic queue" into preschool educational institution with the information system of the multifunction centers integrating all public services for inhabitants in one place are conducted.
