On May 21, 2014 it became known of the project of automation of accounting at Children's music school of I.O. Dunayevsky. The partner in the project AXELOT company. A technology product - "1C: Inventory and Property Management" as "cloud" service.
Project Tasks
Using automation it was supposed to resolve questions:
- ensuring safety of musical instruments,
- reduction of time of inventory,
- increase in accuracy of accounting of property,
- an opportunity to plan security with musical instruments.
Project Progress
In the project are used:
- the "1C: Inventory and Property Management" software product unrolled in a cloud service "by 1C: Fresh";
- the mobile client of data collection terminals of Motorola with the RFID module (running Windows Mobile 6.5);
- specialized RFID tags suitable for marking of musical instruments.
Functions of maintaining the register of property, classification of objects of property and registration of transactions with it, carrying out inventory and diagnostic survey, formation of the analytical reporting are implemented.
Specialists of AXELOT conducted examination of an object, prepared regulations of use of RFID tags on wind instruments. Then set and configured the "1C: Inventory and Property Management" configuration and the mobile client.
Settings of service, integration into the software product "1C are carried out : Fresh" then performed primary marking of a pilot object, training of staff of school, start of a system in operation and its integration with "1C: Enterprise Accounting".
Project Results
- the safety of musical instruments is ensured;
- time of carrying out inventory is reduced from one week to one day;
- accuracy of accounting of property is increased;
- time of identification of tools decreased by 4.5 times;
- labor costs are reduced.
The complete information about each object of property can be obtained by means of the Internet in real time.
