Epicor Consumer Connect is the solution for the business servicing the consumer directly. Epicor provides tools and base for involvement of consumers and includes special functions for online sales to consumers, such as guest entrance in a system and an input in the account, the open website, the allowing viewing before login, anonymous calculation of cost of the made purchases, the advanced caching of messages for increase in B2B-efficiency, and ERP payments through Epicor Secure Data Manager (ESDM) in which the website will display the page and will collect consumer information for processing of its ERP.
