Ingosstrakh (VKS Projects (video conferencing))

In company OSAO "Ingosstrakh" in the spring of 2014 the single system of the joint internal communications is created: she turns on a video conferencing, the IP telephony and unified communications (UC). Employees can exchange instant messages, participate in video conferences and the training seminars, both from a workplace, and from the meeting rooms equipped with a modern video equipment. The project worth 19 million rubles is executed by specialists of CROC company.

Specialists of CROC upgraded and integrated the system of unified communications Microsoft Lync and the system of a video conferencing based on the equipment of Polycom — it increased quality of video conference, created a recording capability of video conferences. Today at the staff of Ingosstrakh secure access to UC from the Internet is configured.

Thanks to integration of all services of communication the staff of the company can be connected and participate in a conference through the IP telephony, VKS or UC — connection happens "seamlessly" using the unified existing number plan of the company. Planning audio-, video conferences and a chat well in MS Outlook, i.e. is performed as well as planning of a normal meeting.
