Russlavbank completed centralization of IT infrastructure

On May 23, 2014 it became known of project completion of centralization of IT infrastructure of JSB Russlavbank. Technology the project is implemented by means of the TDMS "New Athena". The partner in the project New Athena company

Project Progress

The contractor developed target model of work as a part of which business process management, centralization of IT infrastructure and the reporting, use of the business technologies, general for all branches, for business optimization of bank.

The New Athena company according to the developed target model carried out modification and adaptation of the TDMS "New Athena" to new requirements, developed language translation technologies of a branch network of bank on a centralized system.

The technology is debugged within a pilot project based on branch in St. Petersburg, then are replicated on branches of Russlavbank.

The IT department of Russlavbank performed development of a new front office system, its integration with Nova Athena. In addition, the department carries out integration of the systems of bank into uniform IT infrastructure, infrastructure program and the hardware used in bank is optimized.

Project Results

In the final of the project the branch network of bank is centralized.
