Kul Computers implements technologies of automation of accounting

On May 12, 2014 specialists of the company "Soft-Unity" automated accounting and sales department in Cool Computers LLC implementation of software products "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8".

Project Tasks

The customer was going to automate accounting and to create the convenient tool for maintaining the customer base, control of incoming payments and the general organization of sales department.

For implementation of the tasks the management of Kul Computers selected Soft-Unity company.

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor suggested to implement "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8".

During implementation service engineers set both configurations on jobs of specialists, configured data exchange between programs and provided user training.

Project Results

Product introduction "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Trade Management 8" positively affected efficiency of activity of the company: the ordered customer base reduced request processing time, the quantity of intermittent errors decreased by means of automation of the majority of routine processes.
