"K-Fleks" implements Infor M3 ERP

On May 27, 2014 the BSC company announced the project of upgrade of production, construction of a new warehouse and implementation of a complex ERP system of Infor M3 for K-Fleks company.

Project Tasks

In 2013 L’ISOLANTE K-FLEX made the decision on start of the large-scale project in Russia:

• upgrade production,
• construct a new hi-tech warehouse complex
• automate all business processes of the affiliated Russian enterprise.

As an information system Infor M3 ERP (before Lawson M3) - global ERP- a system for the enterprises of L'ISOLANTE K-FLEX group worldwide, a question of the choice full-function ERP- the solution for complex automation did not arise.

Project Progress

The project of automation of the K-FLEKS enterprise in Russia is executed in partnership with BSC company.

Scales of an implementation project of Infor M3 ERP in K-FLEKS cover all key business processes:

• purchases,
• warehouse (material accounting),
• sales,
• finance (managerial accounting),
• production.

In November, 2013 specialists of BSC executed preproject inspection, in January, 2014 descriptions of business processes of the enterprise according to which, for May 26, 2014 settings of an information system are carried out completed a stage.

All tasks of production upgrade, construction of a new warehouse and implementation of Infor M3 at the K-FLEX enterprise in Russia are solved in parallel. Completion of works is planned for January, 2015.

All data on work of the L'ISOLANTE K-FLEX enterprise in Russia will be stored in the centralized DB and will become available to the management of parent company within the unified information system of Infor M3 ERP - in the necessary section, on any timepoint.
