Situation

The partner network of AYaK Group includes about 50 regional representative offices and more than 2000 dealer companies in all territory of Russia and in the CIS countries. The company renders full range of services and all support and assistance in preparation and project development to the dealers. The specifics of activity of AYaK Group mean constantly large volume of communications both between employees, and with partners and clients of the company.

Being customer-oriented, AYaK company, within the development strategy, one of the directions, priority for itself sees permanent quality improvement of the rendered services.

Understanding that the high level of service and, as a result, loyalty of customers is strongly influenced by such factors as: speed of internal processes, efficiency in replies to the requests of specific clients and speed of reaction to change of requirements in the market in general, AYaK Group made the decision on upgrade of a system of communications in the company. For the solution of a similar task the decision on system implementation of Microsoft lync 2013 was made, and the company the Link having wide experience of project implementation based on different versions of Microsoft Lync became the IT partner.

Solution

Need of creation of uniform space and the general standard of communications of employees was one of the most important tasks of AYaK Group. Having analyzed requirements of the Customer and specifics of his activity, specialists the Link created the system of the joint communications based on Lync 2013. According to the results of the project employees and the management of AYaK Group had following features and advantages:

  • efficiency in internal communications: all urgent issues can be resolved in a chat now, having connected to a conversation of all key persons;

  • all employees from different divisions are brought together in the uniform reference book and are available to different methods of communication with them;

  • presence statuses solve a problem of the choice of a method of communication with the necessary person;

  • ample opportunities for carrying out audio and video conferences, both regular, and spontaneous;

  • possibility of remote work.

Besides, AYaK Group locates own training center focused on permanent increase in technological level of specialists of dealer firms and training of new employees. Implementation of Lync was excellent help in the organization and carrying out different types of internal and external training.

Results and plans

Lync 2013 actively uses about 300 employees of AYaK Group, and the product completely met expectations of the Customer.
