BARS. The situational center - a uniform regional information and analytical system of modeling and forecasting of risks of occurrence of extreme situations. Use of the solution promotes increase in efficiency and efficiency of the works directed to prevention of occurrence of extreme situations and liquidation of their effects.

On May 27, 2014 the BARS GROUP company announced readiness of a regional system of modeling and forecasting of risks of occurrence of extreme situations "to BARS. Situational center".

The product is focused on Command centers by crisis situations of regions and cities, dispatching offices and emergency services, law enforcement agencies: Ministry of Emergency Situations, Ministry of Internal Affairs, FSB, traffic police and so forth. A problem of software – operational informing, the help in prevention of incidents and an exit from crisis situations.

"BARS. The situational center" integrates systems existing in the region in a common information space. It is the autonomous regional complex adapted individually for each region taking into account a geographical location, infrastructure and types of dangerous objects. The software package allows to predict emergency emergence, to react quickly to incidents and to make decisions on the basis of reliable data in real time.

As a part of "the software product electronic base of passports of dangerous objects and the material safety data sheet of administrative and territorial units with a cartographic binding. On the basis of information collected from different sources, a system helps to carry out the complex analysis, to predict possibility of emergencies, to model development and effects of incidents, incidents.

Ample opportunities of visualization of processes of monitoring and analysis results in a report type, charts, diagrams, interactive maps are given. For example, on the basis of collected information it is possible to carry out the assessment of possible zones of defeat at emergency, the number of the victims and dislocation of forces and means necessary for mitigation of consequences of emergencies: cars of emergency services, the number of places in hospitals, etc.
