On May 28, 2014 it became known of implementation of an automated system of monitoring and accounting of SCADA KRUG-2000 energy resources within hardware upgrade of boiler houses of Akvatoriya LLC. Implementation was carried out by specialists of KRUG group.

Project Results

Dispatching system of boiler houses is implemented on the basis of technical solution of NPF KRUG.

A system provides monitoring of operation of the equipment of three boiler houses: boilers of DKVR-6.5-13 brand, torches of boilers, pumps, shutoff valves, diesel generators from uniform dispatching office. Account of energy resources is kept on the systems of heat supply, the WAN, HVS and the electric power.

Functions of the created system:

  • Collecting, processing and operational display of process parameters, condition of equipment and actuators
  • Automatic data acquisition from all metering devices of each boiler house and quality control of energy resources
  • Operational display of a status of mechanisms (is included/is turned off) and provisions of shutoff valves it (is open/is closed)
  • The alarm graphic and sound signaling of an exit of process parameters for borders of the normal mode, control of gas contamination and temperature of premises, fire-prevention signaling and control of illegal penetration on objects.

The automated workplace of the manager from the set SCADA KRUG-2000 is located in dispatching office of one of boiler houses. The panel of the manager is created on the basis of universal constructions of the Konsergo series.

In the created solution industrial DevLink-C1000 controllers are used.
