On May 28, 2014 it became known of start of new telephone exchange of the IP PBX of Agathe UX in ELSOFT company. An implementation project AGAT-RT company also installed.
Project Tasks
The question at the choice of new telephone exchange rose before ELSOFT company in 2012. At that time the company designated by the main requirement a possibility of use of IP-telefonii channels. A choice was made for benefit of the IP PBX of Agathe UX 3420 - this automatic telephone exchange provided office with access to IP-telefonii providers and connection of branches of the company to the central office with a unified number plan.
Project Results
Existence of the module of integration with CRM systems helped to develop own configuration of collecting and the analysis of statistics of use of telephony which is successfully integrated into the CRM system.
Yury Milov, the director of the company of ELSOFT, noted: "The IP PBX of Agathe UX gives many opportunities for acceptance and processing of a huge number of calls and has rich tools for maintenance of image and style of the company (a greeting, the voice menu, different tunes on deduction and the ave.). For me as head, the main thing is the possibility of quality control of telephone negotiations and also a possibility of assessment of balance of time which the employee spends on each client as the company renders paid telephone consultations to customers".
