Aymanibank stimulates a customer loyalty with implementation of technologies of speech synthesis

On May 29, 2014 it became known of implementation of technology of synthesis of the Russian speech from CST company in the IVR system of the service center iMoneyBank. Implementation was performed by Forte IT company.

Project Results

"We see interest at our biggest customers in implementation of speech technologies and also we understand importance of similar implementations for development of our software products. And we as the leading developer of solutions in the Russian market of Call centers, some of the first carried out integration of our solution Call-o-Call with the product VoiceNavigator. We cooperate with Center of Speech Technologies company long ago and we hope, as our cooperation same successful will be farther", - Roman Gubarev, the head of Forte IT sales department noted.

For May 28, 2014 in the service center of bank there is a testing of two more products of CST:

  • VoiceNavigator - the high-tech solution for the creation of the Systems of Voice Self-service (SVSS) allowing to process automatically calls using technologies of synthesis and speech recognition

  • VoiceKey is the systems of confirmation of the identity of the client on a voice

Both of these solutions managed to prove as in Russia, and are abroad and successfully applied in bank and other spheres of business.

Natalya Baukova, the director of the service center LLC CB Aymanibank, told: "In our dynamically developing and technological world it is rather difficult to render customer service of the highest level without use of advanced technologies and the software for this reason we are always open for similar projects and are very glad that we some of the first in the banking sector who could implement the last voice technologies in the Service center.
