The project is implemented within the Available Internet to Universities program of TTK Samara company, the regional enterprise TransTeleCom. As a result of the signed contract, all students living in PGUAS hostel can be connected to broadband Internet access from a TTK at a speed up to 100 Mbps.

"The project "The available Internet to universities' in regions of our presence is implemented since 2012, and during this time we provided communication services to more than 50 hostels of educational institutions of the Volga region. In Penza the Internet from TTK Samara is available in 6 dormitories where more than 1000 people are our subscribers" — the development director of an access network TTK Samara Dmitry Aslanov commented.

They are necessary for students in preparation for occupations, examinations, additional sources of knowledge can be found on pages of the different educational websites. We are sure that the qualitative Internet from federal provider will be the reliable assistant to our students in learning process" — the director of the Center of ensuring informatization of PGUAS Vasin Leonid noted.
