Servionica (I-Teco Group) and PPF Strakhovaniye zhizni company implemented in the spring of 2014 the project on outsourcing support of expansion of agency network of insurance company. As the outsourcing partner Servionika provides a range of services on creation and service of IT infrastructure, including its design, the organization of telecommunication channels and installation of equipment at new offices.

Servionika is responsible for creation of engineering infrastructure of new offices, including work with local contractors. In some cities specialists began to work in the premises which are earlier not equipped engineering and communication with networks, devices and communication channels because of what it was necessary to project "from scratch" the SCS configurations and to conduct their installation, to install and set up all necessary equipment and jobs.

Preliminary basic setup of the equipment and study of connection of communication services by the staff of the central office PPF Life insurance assumes complete readiness of an object for work at most in three weeks (21 working days), but cooperation with the outsourcing company allows PPF to reduce significantly Life insurance terms of start of new offices for the regional agencies.

The joint project started on June 1, 2013, and less than in a year with assistance of Servionika the number of the Life insurance PPF regional offices increased from 46 to 78. June, 2014 it is going to finish their quantity to 90. The current support of IT infrastructure is performed by specialists of the company outsourcer and at the new offices opened with assistance of Servionika and in already used. On a preparatory stage, before transfer of these works on outsourcing, specialists of Servionica and PPF Life insurance jointly developed the standard instructions and standard procedures of support uniform for all new offices of the company. Such approach removes from the customer a problem of direct interaction with engineers on places, there is only a control function; ensuring quality of service, interaction with local providers, signing of the contracts and works monitoring are completely transferred to Servionika.
