In the Arkhangelsk region by request of NPO "Fund of an overhaul of apartment houses of the Arkhangelsk region" system deployment of management of BARS.housing and public utilities began. Within the contract implementation of modules of an overhaul (BARS.housing and public utilities-overhaul), housing stock is performed ("BARS. The housing and public utilities are Housing stock") and the regional operator ("BARS. The housing and public utilities are Regional Fund"), the modules "Residential Inspection", "Disclosure of Information". Are created the analytical portal providing disclosure of information by all participants of housing sector of the region and also a web resource for the analysis of statistical data in the field of housing and public utilities, in particular on operating control of program implementation of an overhaul of area. The resource is intended for the management of the region. Thus, in the region the complete line of system modules of BARS.housing and public utilities is provided.

In the Arkhangelsk region calculate that a system will help to solve all main objectives of the industry: provide openness of the sphere of an overhaul for attraction of extrabudgetary funds, obtain the most complete information about a status of housing stock, create uniform electronic platform for interaction of all participants of process and analytical opportunities for strategic development and planning of the sphere of an overhaul.

"The offered system allowed to create quickly the regional program of an overhaul more than 12.2 thousand apartment houses of area, - Alexander Barayev, the deputy CEO of NPO "Fund of an overhaul of apartment houses of the Arkhangelsk region" says. – The agreement was signed with BARS GROUP at the beginning of February of this year, and at the end of April the program was approved by the Government of the Arkhangelsk region".

For this period a system was unrolled at area capacities, are performed its setup "under the region" and training of staff of 600 management companies, condominium and HCC. Pilot start of a system is at the moment carried out, data on all apartment houses of the Arkhangelsk region are entered in it. Data retrieveds helped to create with a system long-term and short-term programs of an overhaul in the area.

Alexander Barayev adds: "Today work is continued, we turn on new users in a system - it is municipal entities and managing directors the company in order that information concerning housing stock was more complete. In the nearest future work with the module allowing to provide accounting of charges and charges of contributions to capital repair of apartment houses concerning each owner of premises is necessary to us".

In the Arkhangelsk region understand that activity of regional operators will be under constant control from all levels of the power and, first of all, owners of premises.
