Kambio bank (AMI supports IT services and SUIB of Kambio Bank)

The AMI company signed in the spring of 2014 the long-term service contract with Kambio Bank within which specialists of AMI render services of a maintenance and support of IT services and an information security management system of bank, providing, thus, the required level of service according to the agreement of SLA (Service Level Agreement).

The program of a maintenance and support of IT services and the information security management system (ISMS) of Kambio Bank includes accomplishment of settings of IT services, identification of causes of defect and recovery of activity and also the solution of other service requests, work-related basic IT services, cybersecurity services and the systems of collective interaction. Besides, specialists of AMI provide recommendations about maintenance and migration of IT services, consultations on use of software, carry out the assessment of level of information security, development of necessary project and operational documents and also trainings for IT personnel.

"The approach to ensuring service support implemented by AMI company corresponds to world practices in the field of management of IT processes (ITIL) and is based on international standards ISO27001, ISO27002 and also national SOU standards H of the NBU of 65.1 SU_B 1.0:2010, SOU of N of the NBU of 65.1 SU_B 2.0:2010 that guarantees to Kambio Bank ensuring compliance of processes of management of information security to requirements of the NBU" — Kvitko Igor, the head of department of infrastructure solutions of AMI said.

As noted, transfer of function of a maintenance and support of IT systems on outsourcing allowed banking institution to optimize work due to concentration of efforts on problem solving of key business, to reduce risks of interruption of bank processes thanks to reliability augmentation of work of IT services and optimization of measures of protection of confidential information and also to cut down expenses on IT.

Monashova Tamara, the chief of UIT of Kambio Bank, so commented on results of cooperation: "We note expense optimization on service and deployment of IT services at improvement of quality of the provided IT services for our users. The reports on service support created on a regular basis allow us in a convenient form to keep track of dynamics of service requests and to beforehand reveal negative trends in work of IT services and also form a basis for short-term and long-term plans of development of IT infrastructure and an information security system".
