Subject: Automation of KPI in FloraGrow trade production company using the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI"

The FloraGrow company is engaged retail and wholesale of the equipment and fertilizers among professionals and fans of modern crop production. The company is an official distributor of products of Flora Series and also releases own types of fertilizers. More than 10 years work at the Russian FloraGrow market and has staff more than 50 people. Sales are performed through the official site - FloraGrow.ru.

The mission of the company - to provide the best products and technologies for effective crop production.

For tracking of employee performance, the company management made the decision to study technology of goals management, to carry out the analysis of already existing system of awarding and also for convenience of calculation, to automate this process using the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI"

In project frames the staff of the company was trained on a remote training: "Goals management (MBO\BSC) and development of KPI". The training passed by the principle of "webinar" with a feedback through mail, online there was a discussion of results. The training helped to compare to the company the existing system of awarding of employees with methodologically correct.

Implementation of the software product "1C became the next stage: Management by objectives and KPI". The staff of the company could configure quickly accounting in the program for indicators and configure formulas for calculation of remuneration. The solution was integrated with 2 configurations 1C: Enterprise and 1C: Trade Management.

Now 40 users were involved in process of goals management. Each employee has a matrix with effectiveness indicators, account of tasks and instructions using a panel of "SMART TASKS" is kept, subjective appraisals by the 360 degrees method in a panel are used "Are standard", and the Award panel allowed to conduct automatic calculation of awards according to a formula. At the same time the flexibility of the software product allows to configure it under features of the specific enterprise.

Implementation of the software product "1C: Management by objectives and KPI" allowed to achieve the following important results:

· arrange reconciliation procedures of the purposes and tasks in the company;

· increase efficiency of informing employees and performing discipline;

· to visually see to the employees results which they need to reach within the set period;

· automate calculation of awards at employees and make it transparent.

Software product "1C: Management by objectives" can be recommended to those the companies which want to set the purposes and to try to obtain them, involving in process of all staff of the company.
