RESPONSE ABOUT THE IMPLEMENTED SOLUTION

Tyumenmoloko LLC - one of the first dairy enterprises in the Tyumen region (it was formed in 1934). Has vast experience of work in the dairy sphere. The Tyumenmoloko company turns out dairy products under two brands - Tyumenmoloko and "Every Day with You". The enterprise it was repeatedly noted by prestigious awards and diplomas for high consumer properties and quality.

The mission of the company is a formation of healthy generation by means of production of the high-quality, useful and tasty product made in the best national traditions using advanced technologies.

To continue intensive development, a number of natural "scale-up problems" was required to overcome the companies - to increase efficiency of planning, management and control of divisions, to improve interaction between departments. The software product "had to help with the solution of these tasks to 1C: Management by objectives and KPI" which would allow to automate process of job evaluation of staff of the company, from an administrative and management personnel before accounting.

Using this software product it was involved in process of goals management of 15 heads. As a result of implementing solution our company got the following advantages:

· Automate collecting of necessary data on indicators from the accounting system 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management for measure calculation "a margin on sales";

· Make the system of calculation of remuneration transparent;

· Make the justified personnel decisions, and to the employees to see results of the work, during the whole working month, without waiting for assessment by the management;

· Messages online monitoring on indicators that allows the head to make decisions quickly.

Now in the program effectiveness assessment on all heads of the top and average level is conducted that demonstrates that functionality of the program allows to estimate efficiency of personnel for any positions.
