On June 2, 2014 specialists of The First BIT company announced project completion of complex automation of activity of the VRT Company operating in the field of production of products for promotional and informational support and marketing promotion. In the project business solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0" is implemented.
Project Tasks
Before the carried-out implementation, the customer used programs on the 1C: Enterprise v.7.7 platform: 1C: Trade and Warehouse, 1C: Accounting and 1C: Payroll and Personnel. With a current of time of a system met requirements of modern business of the company less.
The management of VRT Company decided to pass to the modern software. In the choice of the optimal software solution and its subsequent implementation, representatives of VRT Company addressed to The First BIT company. The parties reached the agreement on implementation in VRT Company of automated information system on the basis of the complete software solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2.0".
During the project specialists of integrator installed and configured programs, transferred necessary data from earlier used databases. Provided training of employees of the customer in work in a system.
Project Results
As a result of implementation of a centralized system in 30 workplaces, at two offices of the company, are automated:
- production management,
- orders of buyers,
- purchases, sales and stocks,
- tax and accounting,
- payroll calculation.
With project finish in the company the regulations on work in a new system are created, it helped to organize business processes more effectively, having released time of employees.
The customer noted:
- reduction of a production time;
- increase in sales volumes – revealing often sold goods and also the calls which are automatically performed by a system, SMS notifications and mailing by the customer base;
- reduction of the inventory level by means of automatic calculation on the basis of data on sales of the maximum, minimum and insurance inventory level;
- efficiency of use of transport due to application of a system of optimal loading of the vehicle;
- increase in efficiency of pricing at the expense of the automatic analysis a price system of competitors.
