Bryansk urban station of emergency medical service

"The Bryansk urban station of emergency medical service" - treatment and prevention facility, provides the round-the-clock emergency medical service as to the diseased and victims who are out of treatment and prevention facility and along the line in treatment and prevention facility at the statuses threatening health or life of the citizens called by sudden diseases, exacerbation of chronic diseases, accidents, injuries and poisonings, pregnancy complications at childbirth and other statuses and diseases.

History

Till 1948 calls were serviced by the doctor on duty of clinic - on foot. In a long distance - on a horse. Since 1948 for call service one duty vehicle at clinic is selected.

Since 1950 department of emergency medical service at clinic No. 4 is organized. In change worked: one doctor, one paramedic, nurse, driver.

In 1955 for department of emergency medical service selected the certain building in the yard of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies.

In 1957 "ambulance" as the independent organization is organized.

Since 1960 for quality improvement of call service, reduction of arrival time to the patient branches Bryansk by I and Bryansk II are organized.

For June 2, 2014 as a part of GBUZ BGSSMP six substations located in each district of the city of Bryansk, in the Bryansk district. Service of the population is conducted by 44 crews round the clock, from them:

• 4 anesteziologo-resuscitation,
• 1 neurologic,
• 1 psychiatric,
• 5 pediatric crews
• 33 emergency medical services.
