R-Keeper StoreHouse is the automation system of an inventory control, helps to control process of management of production at restaurants, cafe, bistro, fast food restaurants.

A system uses own DBMS – SDB. It reaches high information processing rate and there is no need for acquisition of the additional software.

Functionality:

  • Accounting of the movement of goods (arrival, expense, write-off, complete set, etc.)
  • Calculation of dishes (automatic cost accounting)
  • Completely automated write-off of products and semi-finished products on the basis of implementation of dishes with use or without use of interchangeable products
  • Multifunction inventory, including semi-finished goods inventory
  • Input and data storage about all products participating in production, units of measure, correspondents, currencies, VAT rates, the chart of accounts, etc.
  • Use of functions of automatic search, copying and automatic replacement as much as possible accelerates and simplifies process of filling of dictionaries and documents of a system.

The cost value calculation principle used in the StoreHouse system is implemented by the FIFO method due to automatic recalculation of cost value depending on the documents which are available in a system.

A system is provided with a separate software module, implementing unloading of data from StoreHouse in "1C - Accounting".

By means of use of client-server technology remote access under the TCP/IP protocol to the single database is possible.

2014: Updating of R-Keeper StoreHouse 4.94

On June 2, 2014 the UCS company announced updating of utilities of the analytical reports "Analysis of Sales" and "ABC Analysis of Dishes" in program the solution R-Keeper StoreHouse.

Reports "The analysis of sales" and "ABC analysis of dishes" - the powerful analytical tool helping:

  • reveal positions in the menu the requiring price adjustments
  • define the positions needing marketing promotion
  • estimate demand for separate products
  • perform optimization of the menu and pricing.

The report the analysis of dishes includes indicators:

  • code of a dish
  • name of a dish
  • unit of measure
  • quantity of the implemented portions of a dish
  • the holiday amount taking into account the appointed discounts and margins
  • cost value of all implemented portions of dishes
  • cost value of one portion
  • margin percent
  • analytical indicator. Cost value relation to the selling price of a dish
  • difference between the holiday amount and cost value
  • selling price of one portion.

The report is sorted by any of table columns, both from bigger to smaller, and from smaller to bigger.

The report ABC analysis of dishes includes the following indicators:

  • code of a dish
  • name of a dish
  • unit of measure
  • quantity of the implemented portions of a dish
  • the holiday amount taking into account the appointed discounts and margins
  • difference between the holiday amount and cost value
  • selling price of one portion

New opportunities are available to all software users and do not require additional costs. Changes are available in the version of StoreHouse 4.94.
