Business of IT: Head's portfolio

"The head's portfolio" - mobile application, for June 3, 2014 works only on mobile devices from Apple.

The software functions together with an electronic document management system and office-works (EDMS) "Case Enterprise" of Electronic Office Systems (EOS) company.

Advantage of the solution in simplicity and convenience, opportunities to focus on the document - not on transactions. The solution helps to edit, vise, sign the document using the electronic signature. Make out resolutions, carry out search among already obtained documentary information. "The head's portfolio" can be used at connection to a local network or the Internet, in a standalone mode.

Yury Labushkin, the CEO Business of IT, noted: "The program considers specifics of the leading work with documents and, giving all opportunities for consideration, approval and the signature of documents, does not contain anything superfluous. Our application allows the head to work with documents, being not only directly in a workplace, but also beyond its limits: in the machine, in a business trip, houses and even are on leave. Both Wi-Fi-connections, and mobile networks are suitable for operation of application. In the absence of active connections "The head's portfolio" gives the chance to work independently and to consider documents irrespective of whether there is an Internet connection or not. A system will save changes at any stage of work. Having set connections with network, mobile application automatically begins sending the documents considered in autonomous the mode and receiving new".

In August, 2014 there was an updating of the mobile application "The head's portfolio" developed by specialists of Business of IT company. In the solution support of databases on Oracle 10grelease 10.2.0.1 (above) and Oracle 11grelease 11.2.0.1 (above) from the version of server Part 2.0.34 was added.

2015: "The head's portfolio" is updated

On April 15, 2015 the Business of IT company announced a release of the version of mobile application "The head's portfolio"^[1].

In this version of software iOS the version is supported 8 EDMS "CASE" 14.2. The possibility of background data exchange with the server in sleep mode of the device is implemented.

As an option the subsystem of news, an action and information is added. Now it is possible to get easily access to required information materials. This functionality is not tied to a system Case.

Setup of sending documents is available to priority users: at a large number of users in a system, it is possible to select several "electees" whose documents will be processed on the additional server - it will accelerate their receiving.

The operation mode of the Hide Loaded application is added - hides the loaded document to a full load of all data, the notification about the arrived task comes after a full load of data.

In addition functions work:

• sending control and not control resolutions to the head on acquaintance;

• information document sheet is updated:

• display of completion dates of instructions;

• hierarchy of instructions;

• sorting of instructions according to date of creation;

• color designations of control instructions, visas and signatures;

• display of comments of the vising persons.

• statuses of documents;

• the All folder in which all documents which are stored in the application are displayed.
