Content

On June 4, 2014 it became known of implementation in Saturn company of technological solution 1C:MES. The project was implemented by CORUS Consulting company in 2013.

Project Tasks

Till launch of a new system accounting in the company was performed in several software products. A number of processes in the enterprise not were is automated.

In an implementation project effective objectives:

  • Optimization of the inventory level - both materials, and finished goods;
  • Optimization of loading of the equipment and production personnel;
  • Reduction of volume of labor costs on obtaining complete and operational information about sales and production, about deliveries and reserves of materials, receivables and payables.

Project Progress

In an analysis result of business processes of the enterprise, for automation selected the solution on the platform of the products "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management" and "1C:Enterprise 8. MES. Operational production management".

With implementation and input of an information system subsystems are put into operation:

  • Sales management;
  • Purchase management;
  • Inventory control of materials and finished goods;
  • Production management of products;
  • Management of production processes at the shop level;
  • Personnel records and payroll;

During the project specialists of the contractor implement completions:

  • Sales management:
    • Development of the mechanism of formation and control of the prices of materials and finished goods;
    • Formation of tasks to drivers on the product delivery to buyers;
    • Development of the mechanism of sales planning of finished goods on the main characteristics;
    • Development of reports for performance monitoring of work of sales managers and also reports for control of settlement with buyers;

  • Personnel records and payroll:
    • Development of reports and printed forms for OTIZ and HR department (the staff list, the employment contract, the supplementary agreement to the employment contract, the average number of staff of the organization, a salary accrual summary);
    • Maintaining price-work dresses (maintaining hour wage rates, maintaining sheet of regulations of time and quotations, formation of individual price-work dresses);
    • Payroll on the basis of data of production (calculation of the individual and collective transaction, calculation of the amount of a contract part of the salary, distribution of the amount of a contract part of the salary, distribution of surcharge for the absent employees);
    • Development of functionality on accounting of a power supply of employees (formation of coupons on a power supply, reflection of actual data about a power supply, calculation of the amount of a power supply of workers in a month);

  • Production management:
    • Development of the mechanism of planned product cost calculation;
    • Write-off of materials on a goods sold;

  • Management of production processes at the shop level:
    • Formation of batches of start taking into account such parameters as: the minimum production volume, the number of transfer of procurements on the following transaction;
    • Determination of need of production of products taking into account the current product inventories and also production, available to use;
    • planning algorithms Are changed (the planned production operations are executed continuously (do not break other transactions and between work centers) availability of the equipment is considered, the mechanism of replanning of a remaining balance of partially completed transactions is implemented);
    • time of calculation of loading of work centers Is optimized;

  • Registration of performance reports of transactions and personal tasks is simplified.

Project Results

In a project deliverable:

  • the methodology of production planning and dispatching is developed,
  • the methodology of accounting of procurements and semi-finished products on production sites and warehouses of the enterprise is created
  • integration with a control system of access and the system of accounting is carried out.

Among the achieved results creation of uniform base for display of financial and economic activity of the enterprise. Transition to accounting to 1C helped to provide efficiency of receiving and accuracy of the data about the movement of material flows, to terms, actual stocks and expenses on all manufacturing stages of end products. Production document flow is simplified and ordered.
