Content

On June 4, 2014 to Antegra consulting was announced project completion of automation of payroll in Gazprom gaznadzor LLC and 21 branches of the company on the software platform by "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8".

Project Tasks

In 2011 the Gazprom gaznadzor company made the decision on transition to the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program. The solution is caused by the fact that payroll in the company was conducted separately in each branch using the programs "1C: Payroll and personnel 7.7", "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8", Excel. The company needed implementation of a single system of payroll for operational data acquisition on all branches, optimization of labor costs of specialists of branches in payroll and formation of different report forms.

As a result of holding tender procedures for implementation of this project, selected Antegra consulting company.

Project Progress

In November, 2011 the companies signed the agreement. The project began with development of the technical specifications including necessary completions of a system. Then - an implementation stage, which completed at the end of 2012.

Project Results

Within the project setup of a system is carried out:

  • calculation of different charges which are made to the employees according to the Collective agreement of Society;
  • the existing RIB mechanism in the part concerning a subsystem of payroll "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" is finished;
  • the additional reports and bookkeeping registers allowing to obtain information and to analyze data on payroll, the assessed insurance premiums and reflection of the salary in accounting in different cuts are created;
  • processing for formation of files of unloading of pay-sheets in banks in different formats is created.

Data transfer from 22 used earlier accounting systems, with reduction to the uniform list of types of calculations and uniform accounting of average earnings is carried out.

Since January 1, 2014 a system is transferred to an operating mode.
