On June 6, 2014 the Oazis Group company announced end of the joint project of automation of production, operational and regulated accounting with "YUKOLA-INFO" system implementation of 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management at the enterprise.

Project Tasks

High speed of a goods turnover is extremely important for the enterprise. At the same time it is necessary to control a remaining balance on a warehouse, to plan purchases and a holiday of raw materials, materials in production, to quickly complete ready orders for shipment without allowing overexposure of goods in a warehouse. It is required to control quality and expiration dates of products.

Growth of the company, staff increase of employees and growth of sales volumes caused need of implementation of the new information system providing support of growth of turnovers on a warehouse, reduction of losses from defects and damage, acceleration of shipment of goods to buyers, control of a remaining balance of raw materials on production. Increase in accuracy of cost accounting of each type of products and gain of control over expenses of the enterprise was required.

As a basis for creation of such system selected the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The partner in implementation - YuKOLA-INFO company.

Project Results

  • Accurate accounting of stock balance is provided, address storage of goods is organized: pallets are established on a rack in certain cells now, each cell has the barcode. In a system all necessary information on products, including date of a flood, a series, quality and an expiration date is reflected. As a result warehouse spaces are used most ergonomically. Losses of goods from damage and defects are almost reduced to zero. Speed of a complete set of orders increased several times, and buyers always receive goods of proper quality, timely and in the correct complete set. The turnover of a warehouse increased by 2.5 times.
  • Accuracy of calculation of production cost value increased. The management had an opportunity to control costs for release of each type of products, to analyze a cost structure and to take measures to their decrease. The enterprise manages price policy more flexibly and offers buyers competitive prices, avoiding at the same time unprofitable sales.
  • The purchasing department always has up-to-date information on stock remainders and current orders on production. Supplier orders form timely and in the necessary volume. The enterprise could increase considerably production volumes at the same capacities.
  • Work of sales department became simpler. In a system information on settlement with clients, about shipment of goods and closing of documents quickly is reflected. Managers of sales department own data on stock balance and can reserve in real time products in a warehouse and create orders. Products are shipped to buyers to the mildest terms, the customer loyalty grows.
  • Implementation of a new system allowed to improve considerably production planning of the company that led to significant increase in assets conversion cycle, decrease in volume of illiquid products and nearly 100% to satisfaction of demand of consumers.
  • Labor costs of department of accounting are reduced. The regulated reporting taking into account all last modifications in the legislation of Republic of Belarus is prepared timely.

Dmitry Bondar, the associate director on accounting, the reporting and planning of Oazis Group, noted: "The new system created based on 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management allowed to automate productive and warehouse activity of the company, to considerably simplify work of accounting and sales department. Already now results of the done work are visible – production volumes increased, the turnover of a warehouse increased, product cost decreased, shipment of goods happens in the shortest possible time.
