AgCommand

AgCommand - the wireless information solution for assessment in real time key parameters of the technical tool (the enterprises of an agrarian complex) – a current status: the parking, a transport/operating mode, a turn at the end of a band, etc., location, the number of engine hours, fuel consumption, load of the engine and performance, working data - productivity, humidity, losses, etc.

The application is focused on agricultural producers and the dealer centers. In total software considers and transfers up to 25 parameters which are read out on the CAN bus.

Via the GSM modem a telemetric system transfers data to the Web server where information is stored and from where it can be received by means of the desktop computer or the mobile device connected to the Internet. If the equipment is out of a transmitter's range of a signal of GPRS, the internal memory will not allow loss of information and will transfer her to the server after moving of the machine to a zone of better acceptance of a signal within 50 hours.

The user of software has access to regular statistical data, analyzing which it can manage the park of technical means, increase efficiency of housekeeping in general:

• define effectively acting operators,
• control the situations having negative effect on performance (a progressive tense of operation of the equipment idling, the irrational use, the tightened waiting time of overload transport or spent for transportation of machines).

The AgCommand system simplifies control over a status of the equipment and the diagram of its maintenance: having access to some data of the park of agricultural machinery of the clients, the dealer can plan, in coordination with the owner, the next TO and beforehand provide existence of necessary spare parts, minimizing idle time and excepting serious breakdowns of the equipment.

A system is offered in two versions:

• classical — Standard plus
• expanded — Advanced (a difference in the list of the data which are read out on the CAN bus).

Unique feature of a system - its universality: as an option it can be installed on any equipment, tractors, harvest mechanisms, machines for application of fertilizers of AGCO company. The version of Standard plus works on the equipment of all producers of agricultural machinery.

2014: AgCommand updating

On June 9, 2014 the AGCO company announced release of updating for the AgCommand system which will help to optimize processes of wireless data transmission and to expand possibilities of dealers of AGCO regarding service of customers.

According to developers, updating opens more opportunities for obtaining information on a status of the park of the equipment. As dealers estimate it by means of a system, they can make diagrams of planned passing of maintenance inspection, and the AgCommand system will notify the client on need and time of TO using the SMS or e-mail.

Functions were among key updates:

• "concealment of the equipment" which is on the parking
• control of working time, including the new report for an output of machine-hours by date, and others.

A number of the new options AgCommand helps to unload and make more convenient work of the dealer centers at control of movement of machinery and equipment.

New systems capabilities of AgCommand help agricultural producers to select the dealer for cooperation: at appearance of the new dealer which center is closer to the farmer the economy can easily pass to it to service by the special code, independently initiating this transition. A system helps to establish relations between the client and the dealer.

The AgCommand system allows binding of the mixed parks of the equipment of any sizes as a part of which the units made under brands of AGCO: Challenger, Fendt, Massey Ferguson and Valtra.
