Central Design-technology Institute of Armature Engineering (CDTIAE) (EDocLib (EOS Group))

On June 9, 2014 the EOS Group company announced an EDMS implementation project on the eDocLib platform in Central Design-technology Institute of Armature Engineering (TsKTIA Ltd) Ltd and Energomashkapital LLC.

Project Tasks

The choice of the software is caused by specifics of an automation object: the platform on the basis of which the uniform storage of electronic documents with a possibility of flexible configurations of cards of documents and access rights can be created was required. Consolidation of agreement bases with preserving of separate storage and use of other documents of Energomashkapital LLC and TsKTIA Ltd with a possibility of quick search of information according to specifics of requests of different departments of the companies was required.

Project Progress

The task is solved by implementation of the eDocLib platform. Implementation did not require programming and involvement of specialists in a product: customers conducted installation and setup of a system independently. The available and simple agreement base in use for storage of compressed information on contract commitments and also electronic copies of documents is as a result created. The project is implemented in contractual department, but the staff of other structural divisions of the companies got access to base.

Project Results

As of June 9, 2014 Energomashkapital LLC and TsKTIA Ltd locate the uniform base of storage and information exchange about the signed agreements used for mobile control of execution of contractual commitments.
