The Ural state economic university (URGEU-SINH) – the largest educational institution in the region which is letting out specialists economists for the solution of practical problems in the field of economy. The university developed and successfully "Virtual educational environment" within which teachers of the university will organize all educational process of a number of rates uses in practice of training the Internet system of remote education.

The university selected the solution TrueConf on the basis of testing. Usability of the program was one of selection criteria as in university in practice people with the most different level of proficiency in the computer use a visual communication system. Also at selection specialists of URGEU paid attention to flexibility of system requirements of the program: in university it is installed and the powerful equipment (computers, microphones, webcams), qualitative communication channels is used. At the same time capability of the TrueConf system to adaptation to low and unstable communication channels allows students to participate in remote sessions from the house, from averages on the power of computers or notebooks with simple earphones and the headset and low Internet speeds.

The system of a video conferencing TrueConf helped university to solve such problems as: the organization of educational process using remote technologies, lecturing, providing optimal conditions for remote identification and communication with students for more than 200 teachers of university.

Having integrated 20 cities, the network of video conference was stretched on 2245 km, and quickly allowed university to cut down expenses on the organization of educational process, and to students from the most remote regions – remotely to listen to lectures at highly skilled teachers, including professors of the university.
