ARS-Prom automates accounting and management in a branch network

On June 9, 2014 specialists of The First BIT company announced "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8" project completion of automation of work of the Chelyabinsk branch of the ARS-Prom production trading company as implementation.

Project Tasks

The ARS-Prom Chelyabinsk product company is branch of ARS-Prom company.

To the project different types of accounting in branch of the production trading company were conducted in different information systems, the large volume of data was stored and processed by means of Excel. It complicated obtaining operational data on activity of the enterprise. For the purpose of increase in efficiency of the Chelyabinsk branch of the company by its management the decision on automation of the following activities was made: operational, financial, tax and HR records and also payroll. Besides, in spite of the fact that at that time the branch had no production capacities, start of production was in the plans in this connection automation had to concern also processes of formation of production documents.

Implementation was planned within one information system which basis was formed by the solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8". The contractor of system implementation selected The First BIT company.

Project Progress

Specialists of First BIT set and set up the software solution in 50 workplaces of ARS-Prom branch, integrated with the available programs, transferred data to a new system.

Project Results

• Primary partitions of accounting are automated, the uniform information base of the enterprise is created.
• Significantly the efficiency increased and the labor input of formation of production documents went down.
• Document flow accelerated, the transparency of accounting increased, services of branch received the convenient tool for accomplishment of daily work.
