On June 9, 2014 the Lasmart company announced system implementation of the business analysis of BILab Retail Analytics in supermarket chain of the Arkhangelsk region Petrovsky.
Project Tasks
In search of management tools the company, growth points for further development the management of business came to a conclusion about need of use of new technologies and approaches. The decision is made for benefit of business analysis system implementation that will cover all fields of activity of the company and will allow to monitor top trends, to quickly make management decisions.
The customer stopped the choice on the solution Retail Analytics of Lasmart.
Project Progress
From the beginning of preproject inspection before start of a system in operation there passed four months. At the first stage the data warehouse in which credentials from the centralized 1C base are collected is created.
At the second stage unrolled analytical models on sales, warehouse movements, wholesale transactions and financial activities.
The third stage - input of a system in commercial operation.
Project Results
The customer received the complete analytical solution. Retail Analytics helps employees to lower time expenditure on receiving and data processing, expands possibilities of the analysis and interpretation of results.
