Parus Management business processes

Parus - Management of business processes - the module, is intended for control automation by business processes of the enterprise and creation of uniform corporate information space.

The module provides:

• modeling of business processes:
• design of the sequences of business procedures within business process;
• task of conditions of transition from one business procedure to another,
• formation of messages in implementation process of business process (automatic mailing is made by means of the module "Server of Notifications"),
• registration of contractors of business procedures;
• the automated registration of stages of implementation of business procedures:
• transitions from one business procedure to another;
• change of the current contractors of business procedures;
• business process rollback;
• formation of notes to business procedures;
• support of corporate echo conferences which users can be both employees, and any registered visitors of the corporate web portal of the software product;
• accounting of information on regular structure of the enterprise (types of execution of positions, etc.);
• support business of processes of marketing service of the enterprise:
  • calls accounting on "hot line" of the enterprise, database maintenance about potential clients;
  • database maintenance about clients taking into account the events related to the registered clients;
  • registration of the client as remote user of the software product and/or contractor in business processes of the enterprise;
  • the automated preparation of messages for mailing using different means of communication (mailing is made by means of the module "Server of Notifications");
