Clarks completes automation of a back office

On June 16, 2014 company "1C Architect of business" announced the project of automation of a back office of the distributor of Clarks company in Russia by means of implementation of software "DALION: Management of shop. Missile defense".

Project Tasks

The customer company addressed to "1C Architect of business" with tasks: updating of an information system, more effective building of business processes, the choice of a system for automation of a back office, setup of data exchange between the main office and shops.

Considering features of the existing IT system of the client made the decision - to automate a back office using a product "DALION: Management of shop. Missile defense".

Project Progress

Specialists of the contractor at the request of the client developed necessary functionality for more effective and convenient work of users:

• processings for unloading of the reference information from the old system "1C: Trade and Warehouse 7.7" in "DALION" and also for loading of the nomenclature on the client's format are written and implemented;
• subsystems and modules of data exchange, reference books of settings of exchange are finished, procedural procedures in the DALION configurations, forms are developed for setup of exchange, document package printing, etc.;
• processings and the report on selection of characteristics by flowers, materials and the sizes are written;
• rules of exchange are written: the nomenclature, characteristics, additional properties, implementation, receipt, returns from the supplier, returns from buyers, etc.;
• rules of data exchange with "1C: Accounting" for restriction of unloading of documents on types of metadata of the DALION configuration are finished;
• plans are developed for automatic exchange between bases of the supplier and buyer in "DALION" and many other things.

Specialists of the contractor carried out commissioning in a warehouse, at office and shops, created an image of base for a warehouse, configured exchange with the main office, consulted users on work with a system. Connected a retail store equipment in different outlets:

• EasyPOS lite FPrint-22K POS system;
• Set from 15 data collection terminals of Opticon H15;
• Supermarket 10 ForPOSt POS system";
• Fiscal registrar of the FPrint-55K cash register equipment;
• Scanner of a barcode Argox AS-8020CL and other component parts.
