The Russian company Rubius was founded in 2008 in Tomsk. Its main activities are related to the development of engineering software: computer-aided design (CAD) systems, geoinformation systems ( GIS ) and electronic document management (EDMS). In addition, the company provides custom software and information system development services. The company's customers work in more than 30 regions of Russia , as well as in Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Belarus, Ukraine, the USA and Switzerland. And the total number of customers exceeds 200 organizations.

2019: Rubius AdVentures Startup Investment Fund

Rubius launched Rubius AdVentures, an investment fund. The company plans to invest 50 million rubles annually in the most interesting startups throughout Russia.

In 2018, Rubius invested in a third-party product to estimate the cost of repairing Dorooma. With the support of Rubius, the service developed from an idea into a full-fledged product and went on first sales. Negotiations are underway to include the largest federal players in the construction industry in this project.

Rubius decided to scale this experience and created an investment fund with an annual capital of 50 million rubles.

To get the support of the fund, the authors must propose a project that solves the current consumer problem, has a scalable business model. It is also desirable to have an MVP, minimum team and readiness for first sales. IT and hardware solutions are a priority.

2018: Joining the Technical Vision Alliance

The Tomsk company Rubius on August 10, 2018 announced its entry into the Technical Vision alliance.

An important contribution that Rubius can make is the ability to work with students, the ability to systematically conduct educational courses.
