On June 16, 2014 it became known of implementation of software R-Keeper v.7 in an IT environment of Beauty Café bar restaurant. The project was implemented by UCS SPb company.
Project Tasks
For effective work and increase in the service level of Beauty Café the UCS SPb company on the platform of the software R-Keeper v.7 automated.
Project Progress
Specialists of UCS SPb company carried out works on automation of jobs of cashiers, waiters. The kitchen is supplied with the special equipment for fast informing the cook, about the new order.
For formation of a circle of loyally configured visitors the module "Personal Deposit and Discount System" which was successfully set in Beauty Café is provided in the R-Keeper system. PDS accumulates data on permanent guests of an institution, provides providing discounts, helps to organize actions, to collect bonuses and many other things. With its help it is possible to carry out SMS mailings on base of clients, informing them on relevant marketing programs.
Project Results
In Beauty Café the web monitoring module is installed. By means of the module it is possible to monitor work of restaurant from any place in the world, using the Internet browser. For ensuring inventory accounting the module StoreHouse with a possibility of unloading of data in the 1C: Accounting program is implemented.
