Module of the Administrator of Charges (IC MAN)

The module of the Administrator of Charges - an information system of interaction of regional administrators of charges with GIS GMP.

The information system "Module of the Administrator of Charges" (IC "MAN") is intended for accounting of charges, details of services and the facts of payment in the organizations, being administrators of charges, and data exchange with GIS GMP and also the information system "Accounting of Charges and Payments" (IC "UNP").

Main Features

The IC "MAN" is installed in the regional departments, state budgetary institutions and the public autonomous institutions rendering paid public and municipal services. The IC "MAN" saves the entered data in own database that allows to use it independently, and with GIS GMP or the IC "UNP" to make data exchange in time convenient to the user.

The IC "MAN" is delivered complete with cryptoservice which allows to sign with the electronic signature the output data and to check the electronic signature under input data.

Main Functions

• accounting of information on charges;
• accounting of information on the details used at payment of services by an advance method;
• information transfer about charges and information on details for payment of advance services in information systems of accounting of charges and payments or in GIS GMP;
• information request about payment for services from GIS GMP or the IC "UNP";
• accounting of information on payment for services;
• accounting of information on matching of charges and facts of payment.
