Spiceworks is a free system for monitoring systems and equipment, inventory. The product works only on Windows.

Spiceworks is focused on SMB IT professionals. The software contains modules Network Inventory, Help Desk, reporting. There are built-in TFTP servers, monitoring modules, and Active Directory management. Troubleshooting support is provided.

2014: Integration with TeamViewer

On June 17, 2014, TeamViewer announced the integration of remote access software TeamViewer with Spiceworks, a free IT management platform.

To take advantage of TeamViewer, Spiceworks users need to install or upgrade to Spiceworks 7 or later, install a new plugin TeamViewer, and purchase a license to use TeamViewer 9.
