Administration of the municipal entity Ufa district (BFT: SAUMI)

The chief specialist of Management of the land and property relations of Administration of the municipal entity Rasoul AKHUNZYANOV told the Ufa district to participants of a seminar about experience of informatization of management of land resources and the municipal property of the Ufa municipal District of Republic of Bashkortostan. One of the major tasks in the field of management of the land and property relations of the Ufa district is formation of a system of accounting and control behind municipal property and land resources of the area and also increase in income which main part income from their use is.

For accomplishment of assigned tasks in the Ufa municipal district jointly with specialists of BFT Company the software package "SAUMI" was implemented. More than 3800 lease agreements of the land plots are entered into the system that allows to provide an operational and simple information access on the movement of the land plots without application of archive, to keep account of all interrelations between objects, subjects, documents and types of the right to use of objects.

During the performance Rasoul AKHUNZYANOV emphasized: "SAUMI is a powerful instrument of accumulation of data on municipal objects and their use, maintaining all agreement types (including financial calculations), the analysis of the land and property relations and preparation of high-quality management decisions". In the closest plans of administration of the Ufa district – updating of the software package "SAUMI" to version 4.8. and integration with the State information system about the state and municipal payments (GIS GMP).
