Myasnikov Vladislav Anatolyevich
Myasnikov Vladislav Anatolyevich is the chief of the department of Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media across the Far Eastern Federal District.
Vladislav was born on November 6, 1970 in the city of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky.
In 1997 graduated from the Vladivostok state university of economy and service majoring in Radio engineer.
From 1988 to 1990 served in AF of the USSR.
From 2006 to 2007 worked as the head of department of remote control of Management of Federal service of supervision in the field of communication across Khabarovsk Krai.
In 2007 and for 2008 worked as the head of department of registration, planning and personal data processing of Management of Federal service of supervision in the field of mass communications, communication and protection of cultural heritage across Khabarovsk Krai.
From 2008 to 2010 Vladislav worked the head of the planning department, legal providing, registration and accounting of subjects of supervision of the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications for Khabarovsk Krai.
In 2010 Myasnikov became the head of department of organizational, legal work and the personnel of the Department of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications for Khabarovsk Krai and the Jewish Autonomous Region.
In 2012 it is appointed the head of the Far East Department of the Federal Service for Supervision in the Sphere of Telecom, Information Technologies and Mass Communications.
In 2013 it is transferred to a position of the chief of the department of Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media across the Far Eastern Federal District.
