2018: Automation of the front office based on bpm'online
On February 4, 2019 the Terrasoft company announced project implementation on automation of the front office of Center-Invest bank. The project lasted from February, 2017 to October, 2018.
Till February, 2017 users of Center-Invest bank worked at the same time in several systems combining maintaining the front - and back office transactions. Former software did not allow to manage business processes, procedures of customer service required optimization. The bank decided to create a single centralized system of customer service regarding deposits and card transactions based on CRM. For project implementation the bpm'online system — the intellectual platform for business process management and the CRM company of Terrasoft was used.
Integration into the existing IT structure of a front office system at the bpm'online platform allowed bank to create a single centralized system of customer service regarding deposits and card transactions, provided centralization of maintaining client data, allowed to accelerate and simplify processes of work with the entering flows of retail credit requests.
Besides, within the project process of generation of cross-offers is implemented. On the basis of data on the client, a status of current agreements and also the history of service a system creates offers and brings them in an endpoint of service, including Internet bank and the front office of performing transactions (deposit transactions, the utility program).
In a system more than 300 employees of the bank work. The standardized technologies of service allow to provide the high level of service to all categories of clients at any office of Center-Invest bank.
