"The repair and mounting plant of the Irkutsk regional consumer union" completed complex automation of accounting

On June 19, 2014 specialists of the First BIT announced project completion of implementation of software solutions for automation of a number of activities of RMK RPE LLC ("Repair and mounting plant of the Irkutsk regional consumer union").

Project Tasks

The plant's management addressed to The First BIT company due to the need of automation accounting, personnel, accounting of arendatorsky activity at the enterprise, processes of management of the real estate.

Result of negotiations with representatives The first BIT - the arrangement on implementation at plant of an implementation project of software solutions "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" with the "Lease and Real Estate Administration" add-on module.

Project Progress

During the course of performance the project, representatives of the contractor automated jobs of the chief accountant, his deputies and three more accountants. All of them are trained in work in a new automated system. Formation of the regulated reporting, personnel document flow are configured.

Project Results

As a result of implementation of a labor cost of employees significantly decreased by formation of the regulated reporting. Account of employees is kept, payroll is accelerated, payments at the enterprise are not delayed. It became simpler to monitor settlings with contractors and partners, to control debts. In the implemented system abilities to manage by warehouse stocks and sales plannings are implemented.
