Graduated from the Highest Naval engineering school of F.E. Dzerzhinsky and Northwest institute of management of the Russian Academy of National Economy and public service under the President of the Russian Federation.
Since 2011 Andrey Mamonov held executive positions in the large Russian IT companies where he implemented a number of large integration projects for business companies and the state enterprises of military industrial complex.
In May, 2019 X-Com announced Andrey Mamonov's appointment to a position of the head of representative office in the Northwestern Federal District (X-Com St. Petersburg).
Mamonov's appointment is aimed at gain of project and service examination of the company in the region and to expand a product portfolio. In a new position he will be responsible for development and implementation of the long-term strategy directed to strengthening of positions of the company, increase in efficiency of operational management and support of business processes.
