Kirov meat-processing plant (Microsoft Exchange Server 2010)

The Kirov meat-processing plant is the modern upgraded production equipped with the import equipment from Germany, Italy and Japan. In addition to production the plant is provided by 16 shops on the city and the area.

Project Tasks

• Creation of the uniform address directory of the enterprise;
• Provide the centralized storage of e-mail;
• Provide access for employees to e-mail from any place from any devices;
• Decrease in load of administrators at service of a mail system.

Project Effect

• The system of corporate e-mail Microsoft Exchange 2010 is unrolled;
• Mailboxes of users are transferred to a new system, the global address directory is created;
• Access to e-mail of employees from the Internet both using the traditional client of Outlook, and using the web client and also mobile devices is provided.
