Finance department of the Kirov region (Windows Server 2008)

The finance department of the Kirov region performs activities for carrying out financial, budget, tax policy in the territory of the area. Its tasks include the organization of budget process and its execution, financial control, automation of financial calculations and data protection, support of branches of the economy and investments, planning and the analysis of financing of public authorities.

Project Tasks

• Creation of the uniform address directory of the enterprise;
• Provide the centralized storage of e-mail;
• Provide access for employees to e-mail from any place from any devices;
• Give to employees an opportunity to use all main methods of communications in real time: instant messages and presence status, audio/video of a conference, voice communication and telephony;
• Provide to employees functionality of voice mail.

Project Effect

• The system of corporate e-mail Microsoft Exchange 2010 is unrolled;
• Mailboxes of users are transferred to a new system, the global address directory with reflection of an organization structure of the enterprise (Hierarchical Address Book) is created;
• Access to e-mail of employees from the Internet both using the traditional client of Outlook, and using the web client and also mobile devices is provided;
• A system for communications in real time of Microsoft Lync Server 2010 is unrolled;
• All functionality is provided to users: messages and presence status, audio/video of a conference, voice communication, voice mail;
• The system of telephone communication is created, calls to the PSTN are performed according to politicians.
