On June 25, 2014 it became known of the beginning of an implementation project in "Commercial bank Kyrgyzstan of" an electronic document management system "of E1 Euphrates".
Project Tasks
In 2014, in connection with significant increase in volume of documents on paper carriers, in bank there was a need to automate document flow. For the solution of an assigned task the bank selected an electronic document management system "E1 Euphrates".
"We got acquainted with a set of different electronic document management systems, but as a result stopped the choice on the E1 Euphrates system, relying on several important factors. First, user-friendly interface. Secondly, a system is intuitive, i.e. user-friendly - "friendliness of a system to the user" that allows to customize a system under our individual requirements", - Narynbek Alybayev, the vice chairman of the board "Commercial bank said Kyrgyzstan".
Project Progress
Process of system implementation "Euphrates" began E1 at the end of May, 2014. After acquaintance with functionality, the staff of department of system administration "Commercial bank Kyrgyzstan" installed a new electronic document management system.
Project Results
For June 26, 2014:
- level of discipline of employees is increased,
- routine processes of document flow are reduced
- it is accelerated work of all departments of bank.
There was an improvement of performance indicators of management processes, qualities of record keeping, reduction of number of paper carriers, and, as a result, losses of documents.
In plans of bank - implementation "E1 Euphrates" in all departments and branches located in the territory of the Republic Kyrgyzstan.
