Balance-2: File archive of electronic documents

"Balance-2: The file archive of electronic documents" allows to work with files of electronic legally significant reporting documents and also primary accounting documents which are prepared in the formats set by requirements of FTS, the Social Insurance Fund, RPF and other regulatory authorities. The program gives the chance to browse printed forms of documents, to carry out the automated expertize of electronic signatures, to check files according to official xsd-schemes, to browse xsd-schemes, messages the structured archive of electronic documents. In addition, the program allows to make group unloading of documents from information systems for storage them in the form of file archive on the hard drive or the flash drive.

The duty of archive document storage is set legislatively. With electronic legally significant documents, in addition to XML file of the reporting, it is necessary to store in a case also all supporting documents which confirm acceptance and verification of the report by regulatory authority. "Balance-2: The file archive of electronic documents" allows to work with the sets of documents including the file of the reporting and all supporting documents to it. The program gives the chance to check integrity of sets of documents, to browse supporting documents, to carry out expertize of all electronic signatures in a set.
