History

2015: Inspur and RSS signed the technical support agreement

In November, 2015 Inspur and RSS signed the technical support agreement to end users of servers and storage systems of Inspur in the territory of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.

Under the terms of the signed contract, the RSS company received the status of the authorized service partner of Inspur company in the territory of the countries of the Customs union. Within this cooperation specialists of all own service centers RSS located in 38 cities of Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus acquired the right to warranty repair and maintenance of the Inspur equipment. All works will be performed according to requirements of the producer regarding regulations and terms of maintenance of Inspur devices. The most part of works will be carried out on platforms of Customers where servers and DWH of Inspur since RSS provides support of the server hardware in the on-site mode are installed.

The Inspur company undertakes obligations for providing RSS with spare parts and also required methodical and information materials for carrying out repair work. Besides, on a preparatory stage, technical specialists of Inspur provided training of group of engineers of RSS in Moscow, having paid special attention to specific features of products of Inspur. Based on this training engineers of RSS passed necessary tests, having confirmed the qualification and readiness for service of the Inspur equipment.
