On June 30, 2014 the official release of the Russia's first cloud Customer Relationship Management System with the built-in support of modern opportunities of the IP telephony from the telecom operator – Dok.CRM took place.
The majority of projects of integration of any Customer Relationship Management System with the IP telephony face difficulties of adaptation of the solution under tasks of the specific client. In this case participation of two parties – CRM developer of a product and the operator of the virtual PBX is required.
Multiflight experience of integration of the platform MultiATS (the virtual PBX on the hosted PBX model of the telecom operator Dok.Telecom) with the external CRM systems allowed us to create own complex product including the multifunction cloud Customer Relationship Management System with the built-in IP telephony.
Dok.CRM shows the platform with ample opportunities of the configured templates of modules of tasks, sales, reference books, partners. All settings are available via the web interface and do not require additional knowledge.
The built-in support of the IP telephony allows:
- browse information on calls (the statuses and types) in real time
- receive pop-up (pop-up) of the notification on incoming calls with automatic recognition of the name of the client by the phone number
- process calls by creation of a new task / sale and also tie calls to already existing tasks/sales
- calls through click-to-dial from any module with a binding to the extension of the employee
- detailed filter of search and analysis of calls
All clients are given an opportunity of choice number 495 or 499 with BESPLATNYM connection. Setup of the virtual PBX is also free.
Use of the built-in module of reports allows to control the statuses of transactions of sales (the funnel of sales, general and separate on templates) and also to monitor execution of assigned tasks in the section of employee occupation.
The module email mailing and autocall-down allows to build marketing policy.
In any tariff plan well unlimited number of users of the Customer Relationship Management System possibilities of all modules without restrictions are also opened for clients.
Unlike the majority of cloud CRM products the Dok.CRM platform can be finished under individual tasks of each specific client. And ample opportunities of use of the built-in IP telephony allows to solve in such project practically any business challenge of the company.
