On July 2, 2014 it became known of the project of automation of the regional operator of an overhaul in the Magadan region. As a technology platform the solution "the Region is used . According to the enquiry document of offers on the right of signing of the contract, the project budget made more than 20 million rubles.

Project Tasks

Implementation of an end-to-end system of an overhaul helps with the solution of industry tasks:

• ensuring transparency of activity of all market participants,
• the most complete and up-to-date information about a status of housing stock,
• control of processes in a housing and utilities sector,
• the organization of open electronic platform for citizens and authorities.

Project Progress

The first stage of works on automation of the regional operator of an overhaul in the Magadan region is completed.

The Etton company performed works on the organization of monitoring of housing stock, formation of programs of an overhaul and started an informational portal of the region on own platform "the Region. Electronic housing and public utilities".

Project Results

In the Magadan region two modules began to work: "Monitoring of housing stock" and "Formation of regional programs", an informational portal for citizens "The Magadan region. Available housing and public utilities".

By means of their start the uniform base of electronic passports of houses is created and the regional program of an overhaul is created. The uniform base of houses contains information:

• technical parameters of residential buildings
• characteristics of houses
• addresses,
• areas,
• number of storeys of the house,
• materials of walls, facades and roof,
• date of the last overhaul,
• data on the land plot
• other indicators.

According to plans, in the Magadan region it is necessary to start other system modules which will allow to automate in a complex the industry and to provide transparency and clearness of activity of regional fund for citizens.
