SUE Zhilishchno-kommunalnoye hozyaystvo respubliki Sakha completed the project of construction of boiler houses

On July 2, 2014 the Technoserv company announced contract signature on construction of two boiler houses by request of SUE Zhilishchno-kommunalnoye hozyaystvo Respubliki SAKHA (Yakutiya).

Project Tasks

Within contracts Technoserv it is necessary to execute a full range of works: researches, design, equipment procurement and its tests on manufacturing plant, installation and commissioning, delivery to the state commission and personnel training of the customer.

Project deadline of 36 months. So long period is caused by difficult logistics of the northern region where the basic transport arteries is the Yakut rivers (the Lena River, the Kolyma River, etc.), and considers possible risks in the form of a flood, shallowings, late opening or early closing of navigation.

Within the project Technoserv will build in the city of Cherskiy (Yakutia) two new heatsupplying boiler houses on 12.5 MW everyone. Boiler houses will is equipped with five boilers. Coal of the Zyrian coal mine will become the main fuel. On objects automatic preparation and supply of fuel for boilers is provided.

For an exception of losses of heat Technoserv will lay more than 2.5 km of new thermal networks using the preisolated pipelines.

Dmitry Butorin, the Deputy Head of the Department of Energy of Technoserv company, noted: "From year to year Technoserv expands a power segment of business which steadily grows and gains steam, for several last years we achieved considerable results regarding creation of the warm generating objects requiring the highest level of different competences of Technoserv. For example, creation of power plant for Federal State Unitary Enterprise Enterprise for Deliveries of Products of the Presidential Property Management Department of the Russian Federation demanded from us harmonious logistics, when implementing the project in Mogilev we reached the highest efficiency of the equipment, in Nizhny Novgorod we used the IT opportunities and provided high extent of automation of thermal points, in Bryansk we achieved the greatest possible compactness of the power solution, in Nizhny Tagil - the greatest possible value on use of fuel (trigeneration), in Moscow considerably reduced to the customer of costs (more than 50%) for purchase of fuel after the carried-out upgrade of the boiler house with transfer from steam to the water-heating mode using the modern equipment".

Project Progress

According to terms of reference Technoserv built in the settlement of Cherskiy two heatsupplying boiler houses, everyone on 12.5 MW, they replaced four outdated, less energy efficient objects. Each boiler house is equipped with five boilers. The main fuel - coal of the Zyrian coal mine. On objects completely automatic preparation and supply of fuel for boilers is provided. During the project the contractor executes a complex of works:

• researches,
• design,
• equipment procurement and its tests on manufacturing plant,
• delivery by the Northern Sea Route,
• installation and commissioning,
• delivery to the state commission
• personnel training of the customer.

Project deadline of 30 months.

Project Results

On November 22, 2016 the Technoserv company announced completion of construction and commissioning of two objects of a system of heat supply of the Sakha Republic.

Two boiler houses - "New-1" and "New-2" in the settlement of Cherskiy of Nizhnekolymsky district are constructed and brought into operation.

Already today nearly three thousand residents of Cherskiy receive services in stable heat supply. 15 apartment houses and new kindergarten are connected to the boiler house "New-1", the boiler house "New-2" provides with heat 24 apartment apartment houses and four social objects: school and three buildings of a hospital complex. Besides, we achieved increase in energy efficiency of heat supply of the area, decrease in operating costs and increase in efficiency of boiler houses.
